Qualifications

• At least 3 years in workforce development or career advising, preferably with early-career individuals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial intake assessments with apprentices and managers.
• Meet weekly or biweekly to support workplace readiness and professional growth.
• Plan and facilitate monthly professional development sessions.
