Qualifications

• 5+ years of post-undergraduate work experience in career coaching, corporate recruiting, or related coaching role.
• Excellent public speaking and presenting to groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage students across diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized career coaching and support progress toward career goals.
• Collaborate with MBA teams and Employer Relations to create networking and recruiting opportunities.
