Job summary

Montage Creek in Montrose, CO is seeking a QMAP to help ensure residents receive medications as prescribed and to follow care plans and physicians' orders for resident safety and well-being.

We offer equal opportunity employment, on-the-job training, and a supportive team. Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus, with CPR/First Aid training available on hire.

Qualifications

• Previous QMAP experience preferred but not required.
• Certification as a Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide is a plus.
• CPR/First Aid certification training available upon hire.
• Ability to pass pre-employment physical and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient.

Responsibilities

• Ensure residents receive medications as prescribed.
• Follow resident care plans and physicians' orders.
• Maintain safety and compliance with Federal, State, and Local standards.
• Provide compassionate and patient care to seniors.
