Home Again invites compassionate Resident Assistants to join our Wisconsin-based team across part-time and full-time hours. PM shift is available, with duties that foster independence and warm, home-like care for residents.

You will support bathing, grooming, meals, mobility, and daily activities while engaging residents in meaningful Life Enrichment and collaborating with a caring team.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Experience with elder care is a plus.
• Positive attitude and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Providing kind, respectful, and compassionate care to residents.
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and daily activities.
• Helping with meals, dining, and mobility support (including wheelchair or walking assistance).
• Offering friendly reminders for meals and activities.
• Responding to resident call lights with care and urgency.
• Engaging residents in Life Enrichment activities that make each day meaningful.
• Supporting the team with other tasks that keep our community running smoothly.
