Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is seeking an enthusiastic Cardiac Sonography (Ultrasound) Instructor for a part-time remote/online role supporting the San Jose, CA campus. You will deliver lectures, follow the syllabus, demonstrate scanning techniques, and monitor student progress.

Required AS/BS degrees, ARDMS/RDCS licensure, and 3–5 years as a staff sonographer; 1–3 years of teaching experience preferred. This position offers flexible hours Mon/Wed/Fri afternoons.

Qualifications

• AS or BS degree in the relevant field.
• ARDMS and RDCS licensure in good standing.
• 3–5 years of staff sonographer experience.
• 1–3 years of instructor experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach classes according to the assigned schedule.
• Follow the syllabus and daily lesson plans.
• Teach students scanning techniques and approaches.
• Monitor students scanning progress and provide feedback.
• Evaluate student progress and support skill development.
• Maintain CME credits per ARDMS requirements.
