Qualifications

• Graduate of a formal Diagnostic Echo Tech program or an associate degree in Diagnostic Cardiac Sonography from an accredited college.
• ARDMS or CCI certification preferred (exception: 1 year to obtain after hire) and BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform all modalities of adult echocardiography including transthoracic 2D, contrast studies, pharmacologic, TEE, and treadmill stress-echo.
• Evaluate study images for quality and ICAEL standards and adapt imaging accordingly.
• Coordinate scheduling of echo procedures at multiple campuses.
• Educate patients and staff about echocardiography and procedures.
