Job summary

7 Flags Car Wash is seeking a part-time Car Wash Attendant (Team Member I) for the afternoon. Schedule: Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday 2:00 PM–5:00 PM, with additional shifts as needed. Potential full-time opportunities may become available in the future.

This entry-level, non-exempt role supports vehicle preparation and exterior wash tasks, under supervision. You will greet customers, maintain a clean work area, operate equipment safely, and follow safety procedures to help daily site operations.

We are seeking a part-time team member to support our Full Service operations during the afternoon. The required schedule is:

Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday: 2:00 PM-5:00 PM

Additional shifts and hours may be required based on business needs. Potential full-time opportunities may become available in the future.

Position Summary

Car Wash Attendant (Team Member I) is an entry-level operations role responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality vehicle wash services in both express and full-service environments. This position supports daily site operations through vehicle preparation and exterior service tasks while working under direct supervision of site leadership.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Essential Functions

• Prepare vehicles for wash services in accordance with company procedures
• Assist with vehicle loading under supervision
• Perform exterior cleaning and service tasks
• Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
• Maintain cleanliness of tunnel, lot, equipment, and work areas
• Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
• Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions

Customer Experience Responsibilities
