Job summary

Crew Carwash in Westfield, IN is seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Wash Associate Team Member to support daytime operations at our location. You will greet customers, load vehicles, advise on services, and help maintain a clean, safe environment from 7 AM to 4 PM.

No prior experience is required; training is provided. We offer daily pay options, paid time off, holidays, health/dental/vision, 401k match, and free car washes as part of our team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• No prior work experience required.
• Availability to work 7AM–4PM in a fast-paced environment.
• Part-time or full-time hours: 20+ hours per week (part-time) or 30+ hours per week (full-time).

• $15 - $16 per hour + incentive pay

• Work a minimum of 20 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Have the ability to work during the hours of 7AM- 4PM in a fast-paced operations environment
• Be able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Be able to hustle with a sense of urgency
• Be able to reach, twist, kneel, squat, run, and/or jump
• Be able to push/pull drums and materials with the appropriate equipment
• Be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts
• Be able to climb ladders, scaffolds, and platforms
• Be able to lift or move a minimum of 25 pounds
• Be able to operate and utilize electronic devices
• Be able to withstand extended exposure to all weather extremes
