7 Flags Car Wash in Vallejo, CA is seeking a Self Service Attendant to support daily site operations, assist guests with equipment, and maintain cleanliness. This entry-level, hourly role reports to site leadership and follows a two-week rotating schedule.

Job description

This position follows a two-week rotating schedule:

• Week 1: Thursday-Sunday, 6:00 AM-10:45 AM; Monday-Tuesday, 9:00 AM-5:00P PM
• Week 2: Thursday-Sunday off

Position Summary

Self Service Attendant is an entry-level operations role responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining overall site cleanliness. This position supports daily site operations through facility cleaning and basic maintenance, while assisting guests with equipment operation, questions, and other service needs, while working under the direct supervision of site leadership.

This is a non-exempt, hourly position.

Essential Functions

The following duties are considered essential functions of this position:

• Operate assigned equipment safely and according to training
• Maintain cleanliness of lot, equipment, and work areas
• Comply with all company safety standards and the Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP)
• Immediately report hazards, incidents, or unsafe conditions

Customer Experience Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide basic service information
• Direct customer concerns or complaints to management

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods (up to 8 hours per shift)

• Exposure to water, cleaning agents, and operational equipment
