Job summary

The Apothecarium in Thorndale, PA is seeking a part-time Wellness Associate to deliver compassionate, professional customer service to patients and caregivers. You will assist with cannabis recommendations, explain product selection, dosing, effects, and administration, and help manage inventory and sales data in a fast-paced dispensary.

This on-site role requires availability during nights, weekends, and some holidays, with operations from 9am-8pm (Mon-Sat) and 11am-5pm (Sun).

Qualifications

• Must meet age requirements by state as determined by the Department of Health or State Regulatory Commission
• At least one (1) year of customer service, retail, or related experience preferred
• Cannabis experience a plus
• Must be flexible regarding work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work well within a team environment

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, friendly, and professional customer services to our patients
• Assist patients and caregivers with cannabis recommendations through the process of product selection, effects, potency, dosing, methods of consumption, and administration
• Receive inventory shipments
• Log sales data into our POS and tracking systems
• Work within a diverse team with strong situational awareness and EQ
