The role emphasizes education, awareness, and client solutions, with training provided. Candidates should have at least 2 years of customer service experience, be 21+, pass background checks, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced dispensary

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service experience with direct customer interaction.
• Training will be provided; no Cannabis dispensary experience required.
• Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, provide information and services.
• Verify customer IDs and cannabis card status.
• Process payments and manage POS transactions or delivery orders.
• Maintain online pickup orders and customer records.
• Build relationships and communicate product information accurately.
