Planet 13 Florida in Deerfield Beach is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver excellent customer service and educate customers about our sun-grown cannabis products. You will help shoppers find solutions aligned with physician recommendations, verify IDs, and process payments at the POS or upon delivery.

No prior cannabis dispensary experience is required; training will be provided. The role emphasizes compliance, friendly service, and a cooperative team environment in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience with direct interactions.
• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driving record.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida background check.
• Training will be provided; no prior cannabis dispensary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and provide information to customers.
• Verify customer ID and MMUR status when applicable.
• Make product recommendations based on advice and guidance.
• Handle payments via POS or delivery, per approved methods.
• Maintain online pickup orders and related duties.
