Planet 13 in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will focus on education, awareness, and client solutions to help customers understand our medical cannabis offerings.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, verifying IDs, handling purchases at the POS, coordinating events with the Dispensary Manager, supporting marketing efforts, and delivering exceptional service while maintaining online orders and relationships with patients.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of customer service with direct patient/customer interaction.
• Prefer experience in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
• Maintaining all online pick‑up orders.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information in a timely manner.
• Working with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events.
• Planning and coordinating events to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
• Supporting all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.

We are currently looking for a Part‑Time Sales Associate to join our growing team here in Bradenton! The goal of a Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service by focusing on education, awareness, and client solutions.

Sales Associate Responsibilities:

Sales Associate Requirements:

At least 2 years of customer service related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness field preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years or older
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check

Training will be provided to selected candidates. No prior Medical Marijuana or dispensary experience is needed.
