Job summary

Planet 13 in Bradenton invites applications for a Full-Time Sales Associate. You will educate customers about our cannabis products and help them find solutions in a fast-paced retail environment.

We seek colleagues with at least 2 years in customer service, who pass background checks, and are 21+. Training is provided; cannabis industry experience is welcome but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service with direct patient/customer interaction.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 background check.
• Training provided; no prior cannabis/dispensary experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greeting, assisting, and providing information and necessary services to customers
• Verifying customer ID and cannabis card status.
• Dispensing medication and collecting payment via POS register, or upon delivery, in the form of approved payment methods (cash, debit, credit).
• Maintaining all online pick-up orders.
• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers by accurately assessing needs and providing accurate information.
• Working with Dispensary Manager to identify opportunities for dispensary events.
• Planning and coordinating events to include internal and external communication, logistics management, marketing, and organization of necessary information and/or materials.
• Supporting all marketing and sales efforts of the company to ensure sales goals are met.

We are currently looking for a Full-Time Sales Associate to join our growing team here in Bradenton! The goal of a Sales Associate is to provide excellent customer service by focusing on education, awareness, and client solutions.

Sales Associate Responsibilities

Sales Associate Requirements

At least 2 years of customer service related experience involving direct patient/customer interaction, preferably in specialty retail, hospitality, or health and wellness field preferred.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 21 years or older
• Ability to pass drug testing and Level 2 Florida State background check

Training will be provided to selected candidates. No prior Medical Marijuana or dispensary experience is needed.
