FALL CREEK FARM & NURSERY is seeking a Part-time Security Specialist for our Retail operations. The role focuses on safety of staff and customers, monitoring security cameras, de-escalation of incidents, and supporting loss prevention within a cannabis retail setting.

Responsibilities include interacting with employees and patients, verifying IDs at dispensary entrance, monitoring cash handling, patrolling the premises, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of security/protection experience required.
• Knowledge of safety and security procedures in a retail or cannabis environment.
• Ability to use office equipment and basic software (Word, Excel, email).
• Willingness to undergo background check and comply with state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees and patients to maintain a safe environment.
• Verify IDs before admitting individuals onto the dispensary floor.
• Monitor cash pick-ups and security video systems.
• Provide exemplary customer service to patients and staff.
• Carry out regular patrols and perform lockup/unlock duties as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements and assist in audits.
• Assist in product delivery and provide retail operational support as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
