Job summary

Justice Cannabis Co. is seeking a part-time Security Officer to maintain a secure environment at its Dickson City facilities. The role requires flexible night, weekend, and holiday shifts, and involves monitoring systems, patrolling, and reporting incidents.

Reporting to the Security Manager, you will work with local leadership and HR to address incidents, ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations, and escort deliveries to authorized dispensaries and patients.

Qualifications

• 2 year degree or equivalent accepted.
• 5+ years in law enforcement or public safety preferred.
• 3+ years in a similar role.
• Must pass a comprehensive background check under cannabis regulations.
• Flexible to meet scheduling needs and respond to onsite incidents.

Responsibilities

• Patrol premises and secure access points.
• Monitor surveillance and respond to alarms.
• Complete incident reports promptly.
• Coordinate with leadership and HR during investigations.
• Safely transport deliveries to dispensary organizations and patients.
• Assist emergency response and escalation as needed.
• Maintain a courteous and professional environment for staff and visitors.
