Revolution Global LLC is seeking a Part-Time Cannabis Guide in Schaumburg, IL to support daily dispensary operations. You will assist leadership in administrative, compliance, and in-store activities within a fast-paced, regulated retail environment, educating customers about cannabis products.

You will maintain a welcoming, compliant environment, process POS transactions, and ensure accuracy in documentation while supporting team objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age (Cannabis Industry Requirement).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, or healthcare.
• Open availability to work flexible shifts on weekdays and weekends - approximately 25 to 30 hours per week.
• Reliable mode of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, welcoming, and educational customer experience from arrival to checkout.
• Build rapport with customers and develop long-term brand loyalty.
• Guide customers through cannabis product selections based on needs and experience level.
• Operate point-of-sale and handle cash transactions according to procedures.
