Job summary

Revolution - Enlightened, a cannabis dispensary, is hiring a Part-Time Cannabis Guide in Maryland. You will support leadership in administrative and operational functions within a regulated retail setting and help educate customers on cannabis products.

You must have a high school diploma or GED, a background-friendly disposition, and good computer/POS skills. This role requires 25–30 hours per week with weekday and weekend shifts, and a focus on customer care and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Consistently provide exceptional customer experience
• Onboard customers and capture mandatory documents based on state regulatory requirements
• Electronically file and organize documents
• Answer telephone calls from customers, schedule appointments as necessary, and support administrative functions
• Provide support to prepare for audits
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
• Accurately utilize point-of-sale system
• Adhere to standardized operational procedures including safety & security protocols
• Inspire customer confidence and develop brand loyalty
