Job summary

Fluent in Florida is seeking a Part-Time Key Holder to join our dispensary team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, help create energy around Fluent products, and match patient needs to the right products.

You will review doctor recommendations with the store team, ensure accurate cash handling, and maintain a clean, organized environment. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience with customer service desired.
• 2 years of Sales experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience as a Fluent Curator.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.
• Deliver great customer experiences in any environment and be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
• Open or close the store, conduct daily inventory, receive deliveries, and lock or unlock the dispensary.
• Activate or deactivate the alarms as applicable.
• Conduct batch inventory count.
• Distribute and assign cash drawers.
• Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken.
• Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research.
• Ensure a clean and organized dispensary for our patients.
• Communicate with the Director of Retail Operations, GM, and/or AGM regarding status of issues.
