Fluent Corp. is seeking a part-time Key Holder in Florida to be the first point of contact for customers in-store. You will help create energy around Fluent products, match customer needs with the right products, and ensure a superior patient experience under the supervision of the store leadership.

The role emphasizes cash handling, inventory tasks, and daily coordination with store management to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dispensary environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service.
• 2 years of sales experience.
• MS Office proficiency as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Completes opening and closing responsibilities accurately and efficiently and ensures cash handling standards are met and company funds are secured.
• Ability to deliver great customer experiences in any environment and to be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
• Open or close the store, conduct daily inventory, receive deliveries, and lock or unlock the dispensary.
• Activate or deactivate the alarms as applicable.
• Record details of each customer interaction and any actions taken.
• Follow up on any customer issues requiring additional research.
