Job summary

Fluent Inc is a leading medical cannabis retailer seeking a proactive Key Holder to welcome patients in-store and match their doctor-recommendation needs with the right Fluent products.

You will review doctor recommendations, work with the store team, and contribute to a customer-first experience that supports patient health and safety. This role involves opening/closing, inventory, and compliance duties in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous experience with customer service
• 2 years of Sales experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office

Responsibilities

• Open and close store duties; ensure accurate cash handling and secure company funds.
• Delivers great customer experiences and thrives on daily interactions.
• Open/close store, conduct daily inventory, receive deliveries, lock/unlock dispensary.
• Activate or deactivate alarms.
• Conduct batch inventory counts.
• Distribute and manage cash drawers.
• Assess customer health needs and provide solutions.
• Escalate unresolved issues to supervisor.
• Assist with deliveries as applicable.
• Record customer interactions and actions taken.
• Follow up on issues requiring additional research.
• Keep dispensary clean and organized for patients.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Maintain knowledge of product guide and medical cannabis benefits.
• Communicate with Director/GM about issue status
