STIIIZY is hiring part-time Sales Associates to represent our leading cannabis retail brand in California. You will be the customer’s first point of contact, delivering knowledgeable guidance and a high standard of service to build loyalty and repeat visits.

This role offers a starting wage of $19.50 per hour plus tips, with part-time hours and opportunities for growth within a fast-growing industry. Benefits include training and employee discounts as part of our comprehensive program.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma is required.
• Open availability preferred.
• Ability to work all hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun).

Responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador and provide exceptional customer service in-store.
• Advise customers on cannabis products based on their needs and preferences.
• Drive sales goals and contribute to business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and handle cash transactions using the POS system.
