Job summary

iAnthus Capital Management is seeking a Dispensary Associate to educate patients, process transactions, and support inventory in a fast-paced medical cannabis environment. You will serve as a brand ambassador, guiding customers through product selections and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Starting pay rate is $15/hr. This role requires 21+ years of age, a high school diploma, and willingness to undergo a background check, with a strong emphasis on customer service and product

Qualifications

• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must consent to a criminal background check.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Knowledge of state cannabis laws and regulatory compliance is non-negotiable.
• Comfortable teaching customers about cannabis and conducting workshops.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a friendly attitude, creating a positive dispensary experience.
• Guide and educate patients and customers in choosing the right products, providing insights into strains and effects.
• Enter and access patient records and record purchases in the Dispensary Management System.
• Work with Dispensary Managers to check product inventory and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Bring a sales-focused attitude to every shift and highlight exclusive specials.
