Candidates must be 21+, possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and demonstrate strong attention to detail and teamwork. The position is essential to event days and daily operations, with opportunities for professional development and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain order on Cubs properties with professional, courteous service.
• Perform interior and exterior patrols, monitor alarms, cameras, and access control.
• Document safety violations and hazards with detailed reports.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and ensure appropriate action is taken.
• Provide updates to supervisors on activities of interest or concern.
