Job summary

University Federal Credit Union (UFCU) seeks a Part Time Campus Ambassador to engage with members on a satellite campus, educate them on UFCU products and services, and build lasting relationships while delivering exceptional member service. This role requires flexibility to work outside normal banking hours and on weekends as needed.

The ambassador will host events, educate students, and support community outreach while developing strong relationships with members and campus partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (1) year demonstrating success selling products within a financial services industry or retail banking environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience.
• Must be a current student at this University.
• Advanced knowledge of current local, state, and federal regulations.

Responsibilities

• Host tables at community events and conduct presentations.
• Identify campus opportunities and refer external business partners.
• Assist with opening basic accounts and inputting member information.
• Deliver excellent member service and resolve member requests.
