Job summary

Qualifications

• Six months minimum Teller or cash handling experience.
• Six months minimum customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor’s may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet members.
• Maintain branch appearance.
• Explain basic products and services.
• Identify product needs.
• Resolve member issues.
• Process transactions, mail deposits, night drop, and cash advances.
• Grant access to safe deposit box.
• Scan checks and validate accuracy.
• Print documents and forms.
