Job summary

Camp Cosby in Alpine, AL seeks a part-time Media Director to capture daily camp life with photos and videos, interview staff and campers, post content, and create weekly session slideshows. You will help manage social media and ensure materials reflect Camp Cosby’s mission and YMCA values.

The role requires photography experience, ability to work with diverse teams, CPR/First Aid certification preferred, and comfort covering the entire camp.

Qualifications

• Experience with photography and digital cameras.
• Two years of camp or child experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and supervise staff.
• CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sessions during staff training.
• Take and post up to 200 images daily.
• Oversee Camp Cosby’s social media accounts.
• Create weekly session DVDs.
• Assist with ADV tracks program.
