Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets customers and ensures a pleasant visit in cafeteria settings.
• Prepares equipment and supplies for service (steam tables, beverage area, trays).
• Serves food cost-effectively with consistent portioning to customers.
• Maintains cleanliness and attractiveness of department areas.
• Performs dishwashing and maintains sanitation of dish machines.
• Assists in meal preparation and stocking for daily needs.
• Follows standardized recipes and department procedures.
• Ensures HACCP and sanitation standards are followed 100% of the time.
• Coordinates tasks to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Maintains accurate patient meal trays and diet requirements as directed.
