Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering in Fort Worth, TX is hiring part-time bussers for The Modern Museum location. Shifts include lunch and dinner Tuesday through Friday, or brunch on weekends, with on-call catering events; online applications accepted only.

Responsibilities

• Clears dirty tables quickly and resets serviceware.
• Maintains stock and cleanliness of stations across meal periods.
• Serves beverages, breads and butter; assists servers.
• Transports dirty tableware to the dishwashing area.
• Performs general cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Folds napkins to maintain adequate supply.
• Performs side work; replenishes condiments.
• Greet and seat guests; handle special requests.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
