Job summary

Wolfgang Puck Catering invites aspiring culinary professionals to join the Culinary Internship at the Modern Art Museum of Fort Worth. You will work full-time during fall 2027, with compensation at $18 per hour and 20–40 hours per week as available.

You will learn hands-on operations, from food prep and service to kitchen organization, sanitation, inventory, and events support under seasoned chefs. Mentorship and growth paths are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Culinary Arts.
• GPA requirements may apply for internship eligibility.
• Sanitation standards training completed or to be completed.
• Knife skills coursework or related culinary coursework desired.
• Available to work 20–40 hours per week based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support daily culinary operations including food preparation, service, and kitchen organization.
• Execute menu items following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and uniform standards.
• Assist with receiving, storage, inventory, and purchasing.
• Assist with catering and special events, from preparation to execution.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Gain exposure to the business side of food service, including quality assurance.
