Job summary

Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor is seeking a part-time Busser/Server Assistant to join our on-site team in Boston, MA. Assist the Outlet Manager and Servers to maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment and deliver stellar guest service.

Responsibilities include clearing and resetting tables, stocking stations, serving beverages and bread, and transporting soiled dishware to the dishwashing area while adhering to attendance rules and regular schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the appropriate table settings and service ware.

Responsibilities

• Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen, and condiments.
• Serve guests with beverages, bread, and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.
