Job summary

Hard Rock Cafe Rockford is hiring a Busser to maintain clean and appealing service areas, support the kitchen, and ensure guest satisfaction. You will set up and stock stations, assist in food line upkeep, and help keep dishes and utensils organized for efficient service.

The role requires good English, at least a high school credential, and the ability to stand and perform physical tasks in a busy casino dining setting; part-time shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read and write English required.
• One-year guest service experience in dining preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain all Licenses/ Certifications per Federal, State, and Illinois Gaming Commission.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide outstanding customer service.
• Supply food items and maintain clean food lines and service areas.
• Transport items from kitchen to service areas and inform chefs of needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of assigned area and kitchen.
• Monitor temperatures and ensure sanitation compliance.
