Job summary

Canyon Ranch in Lenox, MA is seeking a part-time busser to support a high-visibility dining operation and guest experience. You will seat guests, maintain elegant dining spaces, and assist servers across courses while upholding Canyon Ranch standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, physical endurance, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude to thrive in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Part Time (20 hours / week).
• Flexible schedule including Fridays & Saturdays 6am–3pm, Sundays 11am–close.
• Meet physical demands, including lifting up to 25 lbs. repeatedly and walking extensively.
• Mature, outgoing, proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing food and beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses.
• Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean.
• Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction.
• Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations.

• Meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. repeatedly and walking extensively.
• Exhibit a mature, outgoing, proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing food and beverage team.
