Job summary

Canyon Ranch is seeking a part-time dining busser to support our wellness hospitality team. You will assist servers, clear and reset tables, stock stations, and help maintain a polished dining environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Part Time (20 hours / week)
• Maintain a positive, guest-focused mindset, demonstrating flexibility, urgency, and pride in delivering Canyon Ranch standards.
• Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and specified shifts: Fridays & Saturdays 6 am-3 pm, Sundays 11 am-close, and select weekday evenings.
• Meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. repeatedly and walking extensively.
• Exhibit a mature, outgoing, proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing food and beverage team.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience.
• Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses.
• Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean.
• Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable.
• Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction.
• Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations.
