Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years in building or construction trades.

• Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging classroom, laboratory, and hands-on instruction in building trades.
• Develop competency-based instructional materials aligned with industry standards.
• Prepare students for nationally recognized credentials (NCCER Core, OSHA 10/30, First Aid/CPR).
• Maintain a safe instructional environment and proper PPE usage.
• Collaborate with local employers to align training with industry demand.
