Job summary

STIIIZY in Martinez, CA is seeking a part-time Sales Associate (budtender) to serve as a knowledgeable brand ambassador inside the store and to help deliver our customer-first cannabis experience. You will advise customers on product choices, handle cash and POS transactions, pick & pack orders, and work toward sales targets while following state cannabis laws and company policies.

Compensation starts at $20.50/hour + tips.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age and high school diploma required.
• Open availability and ability to work weekends required.
• Ability to work as part of a team and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Promote positive interactions and help meet sales goals and business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and accurately handle cash transactions on the POS system.
• Adhere to all training, policies, and cannabis regulations.
