Job summary

STIIIZY, Inc. is hiring Sales Associates for a part-time role in California.

You will represent the brand as a knowledgeable ambassador inside the store, delivering exceptional customer service and helping customers select cannabis products that fit their needs and budgets. You will work as part of a team, aim to exceed sales goals, and handle duties including order packing, cash handling, and operating the POS system.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma required.
• Open availability preferred and must be able to work all required hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on cannabis products based on needs, preferences and budgets.
• Drive sales goals and meeting business metrics.
• Pick & pack orders and handle cash transactions on the POS system.
• Maintain accurate cash register and assist with daily operations.
• Contribute to a positive working environment and company mission.
