STIIIZY, Inc. in California is seeking part-time Sales Associates (budtenders) to be ambassadors for our cannabis brand in recreational retail stores. You will engage customers, provide product knowledge, and help drive sales with a friendly, professional approach.

The role starts at $20.50 per hour plus tips and requires a high school diploma with open weekend availability. This position supports our store goals and customer-first culture, with equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma.
• Open availability to work all hours including weekends, evenings, holidays.
• Must be able to work 2 weekend days (Fri-Sun) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable cannabis product guidance.
• Advise customers on suitable products based on needs and preferences.
• Handle cash and operate POS with accurate cash register.
• Assist with stocking, packing orders, and maintaining store standards.
