STIIIZY, Inc. in California is seeking a Sales Associate (budtender) to act as a professional, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable brand ambassador inside our retail locations. You will help customers, share cannabis knowledge, and build a loyal customer base while adhering to regulations.

This part-time role starts at $19.50/hour plus tips. You will work as part of a team, advise on products, manage POS transactions, and contribute to achieving sales goals in a dynamic, fast-growing cannabis

Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• High school diploma on file.
• Open availability and ability to work weekends as needed.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable cannabis products based on needs and preferences.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for customers.
• Contribute to meeting sales goals and drive repeat visits.
