Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Hobbs, NM is seeking a Budtender at our R. Greenleaf location. This part-time role emphasizes exceptional customer service, in-depth product knowledge, and a welcoming, educational shopping experience for our cannabis customers.

You will provide tailored product recommendations, explain effects and safe usage, assist with cash handling, and operate the POS system while maintaining a neat, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Extend a warm and professional welcome to customers, attentively listening to their needs.
• Offer expert insights and personalized product recommendations.
• Educate customers about products, effects, and safe consumption methods.
• Keep store displays neat and organized and maintain visual appeal.
• Stay updated on product releases and regulations to provide accurate information.
• Efficiently manage cash transactions and operate the POS system.
• Adhere to all company policies and state regulations.
• Collaborate with team and assist Management with store activities.
• Support checkout operations and be flexible to other duties as assigned.
