Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender in Albuquerque, NM. You will provide exceptional customer service, offer product knowledge, and educate customers on cannabis products and safe consumption.

Role includes operating the POS, maintaining store displays, and staying compliant with regulations while supporting a collaborative team. Must be 21+ with prior retail/customer service experience; cannabis knowledge is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis and its products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and accurate basic math.
• Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide warm, professional welcome and attentively listen to customer needs.
• Offer product recommendations and educate on effects and safe use.
• Maintain neat, visually appealing displays and stay updated on regulations.
• Process sales using the POS and handle cash accurately.
