Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a Budtender for our part-time team at the R. Greenleaf location. You will deliver exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and guide customers to informed cannabis purchases.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, offering tailored recommendations, educating on effects and safe consumption, and handling cash while maintaining compliant, visually appealing displays in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assess preferences and needs.
• Provide expert product recommendations tailored to customers.
