Vireo Health of Rocky Mountain is seeking a Budtender in Carlsbad, NM to deliver exceptional customer service, share in-depth product knowledge, and guide customers through safe, informed cannabis purchases. This is a full-time position at our Carlsbad location, with a focus on compliance and customer education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
• Knowledge of cannabis products is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in cash handling and basic math calculations.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service and Product Expertise: welcome customers, listen to preferences, provide product recommendations, educate on effects and safe use.
• Store Operations and Compliance: maintain neat displays, stay updated on regulations, handle cash transactions, comply with policies.
