Job summary

PM Hotel Group, operating Radio Restaurant in New York, NY, is seeking a Busser for an entry-level, part-time role. You will support service staff, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a clean dining area in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave.
• Carry dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
• Wipe and reset tables with clean plates, utensils, napkins, and condiments.
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages when needed.
• Refill water and other table items.
• Keep dining areas, service stations, and floors clean and organized.
• Help restock dishes, glassware, and supplies.
• Assist with opening and closing restaurant duties.
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and workplace-safety procedures.
• Provide friendly and helpful service to guests and support the restaurant team.
