Job summary

Bon Bon Belle Bridal in Madison, WI is seeking a part-time Bridal Stylist to help brides shine. Host bridal appointments, pull dresses, and provide expert styling in a friendly, guest-focused environment.

This role offers ~27 hours per week with two weekend days, $12/hour plus bonuses and tips, and 20% employee discount. No late weekend evenings, with opportunities to grow with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Preferred experience in bridal/retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Host bridal appointments, build trust, understand each bride’s style and budget, and guide through the shopping experience to close the sale.
• Pull dresses based on each bride’s needs, assist with try-ons, and provide styling recommendations on styles, fabrics, and fit.
• Create a personalized customer experience and support the broader customer journey from greeting to post-purchase.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation to keep displays clean and stocked.
• Participate in ongoing training and monthly staff meetings to build expertise in inventory, designers, styles, fabrics, and pricing.
