Job summary

Hyatt Place/Hyatt House Ho\'opili in Hawaii is seeking a part-time Dual Branded Comp Services Ambassador to prepare and serve the complimentary breakfast bar, assist guests, and support the HBar restaurant. You will manage setup, refills, food preparation, and guest requests with a focus on exceptional service.

Candidate should have a High School diploma or equivalent and prior serving experience in an upscale dining environment. Flexible schedules including nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Upscale dining/service experience preferred.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work with a diverse team.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar and HBar.
• Keep breakfast bar and HBar clean, stocked and organized.
• Prepare and heat/serve food items as needed.
• Respond to guest requests for food, beverages and information.
