Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Dual Branded Comp Services Ambassador for Hyatt Place + Hyatt House at Ho'opili, HI. You will support the complimentary breakfast bar, assist guests, and help ensure a standout breakfast experience.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent and prior serving experience, preferably in upscale dining. Expect a dynamic, team-focused environment with flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma (or equivalent) required.
• Previous serving experience preferred, especially in upscale dining.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain the breakfast bar and HBar.
• Keep breakfast bar and HBar organized, clean and restock items.
• Prepare various food items as needed (heating, cooking, warming).
• Respond to guest requests for additional food and beverage items, directions, and assistance.
