Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking breakfast items and hot foods preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares meals for restaurant service according to standard recipes.
• Maintains proper storage and portion control of food items.
• Ensures cleanliness of refrigeration, storage, and work areas.
• Operates and monitors kitchen equipment and ensures it is in good working order.
• Assists in organizing prep and pantry workflows.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
