We are hiring a Hotel Breakfast Cook

Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday mornings.

Great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America’s fastest growing hospitality companies – Concord Hospitality Enterprises. As a hotel Cook, you’ll delight our guests with your attention to presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures. Depending on the hotel brand, food service may range from simple buffet breakfasts to plated dinners and banquet events. Our cooks are team players who work with our operations team to provide professional, competent, and prompt service to our guests and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare food of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in a full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Cook orders with attention to guest requests and special needs in a positive manner.
6. Be proactive with ordering, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to prevent service obstacles.
