Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to established beverage preparation standards, recipes, and protocols.
• Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages consistently and to standard.
• Maintain a clean, organized barista station before, during, and after shifts; ensure tools and supplies are stocked and ready for service.
• Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, syrups, and other supplies; communicate low levels to management promptly or replenish when appropriate.
• Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and answer questions about menu items, sourcing, or preparation.
• Operate POS system efficiently, process transactions, and handle
• Support dining room and service flow by expediting drinks to servers, assisting with light food running, and ensuring timely service.
